About alice faulkner yoga

Hello I’m Alice,

I have been practising yoga for 9 years, and am a Hatha, Vinyasa & Trauma- Informed Restorative Yoga teacher and Reiki Practitioner based in Leeds, UK.

My yoga practice has its roots in:

  • personal growth

  • fostering connection

  • a deep reverence for nature

In my yoga classes you can expect a serene & supportive atmosphere that grounds you, with an emphasis on the fundamentals of yoga: asanas, philosophy and history.

I will guide you to connect with your breath, body & intuition; helping you to realise & embrace your full potential.

You will leave my yoga classes feeling stronger with greater self-trust, and feeling more authentically you than you did coming in.

I am also qualified as, and practice as an Emergency Medicine doctor.

  • "I was intrigued by yoga in the woods and if I’m honest a bit unsure about how comfortable it would be! However the mats Alice provided made it very comfortable and the atmosphere in the forest, seeing the sunset through the canopy was so relaxing and beautiful I loved it, probably more than indoor yoga! Alice was a great teacher, she explained the moves in a way that was easy to understand for a beginner like myself and was very knowledgeable and caring in her approach."

Her variation on savasana was beautiful, viewing the wind blowing in the trees as we laid in nature, it was something I had never experienced.
